He listened to what we wanted, and undertook the work in an old and 'difficult' property, delivering a very high spec of finished work. Attention to detail is impeccable, and Denis is a problem solver, which has been invaluable to us in the maintenance and development of our house. Denis explains everything as the work progresses, and discusses choices, offering a realistic opinion about what is achievable. He doesn't go ahead and do 'add-ons' without consent, and significant cost implications to this (relatively large) job are always discussed. All in all... we are absolutely delighted with the work done. So delighted, in fact, that we have decided to use him to complete other work.
